 复旦大学泛海国际金融学院（Fanhai International School of Finance, Fudan University，简称FISF）是复旦大学联袂中国泛海控股集团和上海市黄浦区人民政府，按照国际一流商学院标准，合作创办的专注金融学科研究与教育的商学院。学院于2016年底成立，2017年6月正式办学，由全球招募的优秀学者组成核心师资团队，魏尚进教授担任学术委员会主席，钱军教授担任执行院长。
