复旦大学-华盛顿大学EMBA项目，是由美国华盛顿大学奥林商学院与复旦大学管理学院联合开办的EMBA项目。英国《金融时报》（FT）发布2022年全球EMBA排名，复旦大学-华盛顿大学EMBA项目位列全球第9位，学术研究连续3年蝉联亚洲第一。

复旦大学-华盛顿大学EMBA项目是一个全英文授课的在职学习项目。项目首创了中外联合授课模式，每门课程都由美方教授担任主讲教授，复旦大学教授作为联合授课教授。课程大纲参照奥林商学院EMBA项目课程设计，但同时也针对亚洲企业领导者的特定需求做出相应调整，与当前经济环境现状紧密相连，专注于全球管理，领导力以及创新能力的培养。

Markus Baer is an award-winning scholar and educator in the field of innovation. He is Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis. Markus received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has served on the Olin faculty since 2006. Prior to pursuing his Ph.D., Markus co-founded a consulting start-up in Germany.

Markus studies creativity and innovation and all its related activities. His research has been published in leading academic journals and won multiple awards, including the "Olin Award Recognizing Research That Transforms Business." Markus has also been honored as one of the world's "Best 40 Business Professors Under 40."
