Speakers：

Prof. Todd Milbourn is Senior Associate Dean of Olin Business School.  As one of the most popular professors, he has won several awards for excellence in teaching. In addition, he has consulted and lectured on corporate finance issues for a variety of organizations and their executives, including many Fortune 500 companies, global investment banks and consultancy firms.  The “Corporate Finance” course focuses on how the decisions of a company affect shareholder value and what decisions can increase it. The course will go through the basic principles of investment and use these principles to analyze capital invest decisions.
