In this session, Professor Stuart Bunderson, George & Carol Bauer Professor of Organizational Ethics & Governance at Washington University in St. Louis, will share research on meaning and purpose, drawing on his fascinating work with zookeepers. Professor Bunderson's research provides key insights that can help individuals and managers to create and manage a purpose-driven workplace.
About the speaker: |
Professor Stuart Bunderson is the George & Carol Bauer Professor of Organizational Ethics & Governance and the Associate Dean & Director of Executive Programs at Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School. He has been a faculty member of the Washington University – Fudan University Executive MBA Program for more than 10 years. He holds a Ph.D. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and B.S. and M.S. degrees from Brigham Young University.
