此课程以文化为载体，分析了未来管理者需要面对的东西方文化共存中的价值演变，向未来的管理者展示了文化对管理思维和管理实践的影响。通过分析几次经济危机，帮助大家更好地理解现今的经济、技术和政治事件，以及他们对东西方世界，乃至全球带来的影响，以便更好地应对未来的危机。其中，我们需要持续不断地关注全球化。全球化意味着需要直面当今的两大历史悠久的，庞大的以及充满生机的文明：亚洲文明和西方文明。作为一个全球管理者，只有充分理解和融合两者的关系，才能有效的展开管理工作。

This course is focuses, among others, on cultural parameters having an impact on managerial thinking and practices. It intends to give the necessary scope to future "global managers". The course will deal with the inevitable evolution towards new modes of management under the effect of the co-existence between the two sets of values (East and West). Understanding the recent economic, technological and political events, especially economic crises (2008, 2001, 1997, 1991, and 1987) and the impact they had on the Western and Asian worlds, as well the whole world – and preparing to face unavoidable future crises. We have to constantly revisit globalization. Globalization today is the face to face of two old, large, ambitious civilizations: the West and Asia. The face to face can lead to a shock or to a compromise, even to cooperation.
