Course Description 

This course is designed to teach you how to craft and implement strategies that allow your companies to earn higher profits than your competitors over the long term. The approach you will learn is very analytical. However, as you will see in the course, an analytical approach does not mean a purely quantitative approach.  A great deal of strategic analysis will depend on your assessment of other people’s perceptions (buyers, suppliers, employees, etc), which can rarely be quantified.  Instead, the approach you will take will require you to analyze both quantitative and qualitative information in a systematic and logical way, regardless of whether you are using numbers or stylized facts from the case to make your point...
