Rachel started her career in a US-Israel business consultancy firm as a Project Assistant. After 2 years, she joined in FCP Group, an international investment advisory and private equity management Company where she was primarily responsible for client relationship management, cross-border pre-listing corporate structuring, M&A transaction management in China and Hong Kong and post-investment management for portfolio companies in Asia Pacific countries for 5 years. Rachel now works as Contracts Manager in a growing Healthcare IT business of Philips Healthcare China. She possesses a LLB degree from Law School of Intellectual Property Right Shanghai University, and she is a student of MBS July 2013 intake in Shanghai. |
