上海交大UBC IMBA 公开课——从商务流程及战略视角看技术管理

UBC IMBA Shanghai office is pleased to invite you to attend our upcoming open seminar “Technology Management: A Business-Process/Strategy Perspective” by Sauder Professor Anming Zhang, an operations and logistics professor from Sauder School of Business at UBC, on 14 September 2013.

Technology has traditionally been associated with physical equipment and infrastructure/facilities (e.g. containers, jet engines). In this seminar, technology is viewed as transformation process and is broadly defined, including both hard and “soft” technology, with the latter being also related to the way how technology is managed and applied. Professor Zhang will focus on soft technology and technology management, which is defined as the management (design, strategy operation, and improvement) of technology and related-transformation processes that create value. Concepts will be illustrated with examples and case studies from China and other countries. The issues such as business model innovation, technology acquisition and brand will be discussed.

技术在传统意思上总是和实体设备和基础设施（比如集装箱、飞机发动机）相联系。在这个公开课程中，技术被看作是变革过程，并被广泛定义为“硬技术”和“软技术”，其中软技术与技术如何被管理和运用有着密切关系。张安民教授主要关注于软技术和技术管理，它们被定义为管理技术（设计、经营战略和改进）以及在相关变革过程中创造价值。张安民教授的观点将结合来自中国及其他国家的实例和个案研究。除此之外，商业模式创新、技术引进以及品牌等都会在公开课中提到。

教授背景介绍：

张安民教授是Sauder商学院运筹与供应链专业的教授，同时他也是温哥华国际机场管理局航空运输首席教授。张安民教授分别在2003年至2005年期间担任尚德商学院运筹与供应链系系主任、2003年至2004年担任UBC交通研究中心主任。自2006年起，他担任世界航空运输协会学术与项目副主席。张安民教授也获得多项荣誉，包括1995年在澳大利亚悉尼的第七届世界交通运输研究会议(WCTR)的横滨杰出青年研究者特别奖，和1998年在比利时安特卫普的第八届世界交通运输研究会议（WCTR）最佳论文奖（WCTR-Society Prize）

张安民教授在国际学术期刊发表超过90多篇论文，涉及到交通运输、产业组织、国际贸易和中国经济。张安民教授亦为多国公司提供咨询，包括美国、加拿大、德国、新西兰、香港、韩国、日本和中国。
