      Human Resource Management (HRM) refers to the policies, practices, and systems that are aimed at influencing employees' behavior, attitudes, and performance. Accordingly, this module will provide evidence-based knowledge on the relationship between HRM and employees' behavior, attitudes, and performance, as well as unit and organizational performance.

      The ultimate aim of the module is that participants will develop their expertise in making HRM decisions informed by relevant research by gaining insight in how to understand and use the best available knowledge from organizational practice.
