About the Panelist
Yimin Wang - Founder and Executive Coach of Sense Consulting.
Yimin is an executive coaching pioneer among local executives. As an ICF accredited coach and certified consultant in MBTI, Harrison, Hogan, immunity to change mapping, he coaches and trains senior executives as well as high potential managers. He also founded two B2C coaching and mentoring platforms to address working professionals’ issues.
Prior to founding Sense Consulting, Yimin worked for global top executive search firms Spencer Stuart Associates and Russell Reynolds Associates between 2002 and 2009.
Jenny Li - Managing director of Marley Engineered Product and Weil-Mclain China
Jenny has more than 15 years leadership experience with MNCs in Sourcing, Operation and Business management areas. More than 10 years leadership position in Automotive Industry. Successfully worked with these MNCs set up and grew business in China; developed highly competent and effective local management team.
Jenny got her BS degree from Tsing Hua University.
Tony Wang, BU Head, Siegwerk
Tony has more than 15 years working experience in MNCs such as Michelin, DuPont, and Siegwerk. Throughout his career in progressive roles of technician, sales rep, sales segment leader, marketing manager and BU head, Tony has accumulated extensive experience in sales and marketing.
Yinyin Shu (Sharon), Senior HR Manager, Johnson & Johnson China Ltd Co.
Sharon Shu has close to 10 years of experience in various areas in human resources development. She is currently closely partnership with J&J Consumer R&D leaders to identify and respond to their various human resources development needs.
Prior to taking this role, she had held senior positions in regional/ country HR business partner role and corporate compensation and benefit role in Avon, Timken and Cadbury.
Sharon holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics from Cardiff University, UK and a Bachelor of Arts degree of Finance and Investment (English) from University of Shanghai of Science and Technology.
Sherry Fu, Director, China Centre, Manchester Business School
Sherry Fu has 15 years experience in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and the UK. She established the MBS China international centre in Shanghai in 2008, developing and implementing the School’s strategies in the region, managing China centre's operation, and participating in development and management of strategic partnerships in the region. Prior to joining the University of Manchester, she worked for a leading institution in London. Her early career in media enabled her extensive links with business elites, media and government. Ms Fu is an associate professor and obtained a dual Masters degree from China and the UK
