复旦大学-BI挪威商学院MBA项目体验课——Organizational Management and Control
课程介绍：
Organizational Management and Control: This course addresses the topic of organization design and the related various management control approaches. The course aims to create an understanding of appropriate organizational design for different types of institutions, and build practical skills related to the principles and challenges of designing and implementing contemporary organizations. The latter includes the dynamics and processes of structuring organizations, and the specific ways organizations can set up and use their management control and performance measurement systems.
主讲人：Prof.Hanno Roberts,
PhD University of Maastricht
Hanno Roberts is currently a faculty member of the BI-Fudan MBA program in China where he teaches Organizational Management and Control. He has also been teaching in MBA programmes across Europe since 1993. Since then, he taught MBA and Executive MBA programmes in France , Germany , Spain , and Sweden as a visiting professor in the area of Management Accounting and Control. He holds a Doctorate degree from the University of Maastricht (1992) and started at BI Norwegian School of Management's MBA program in 1996.
His research and teaching interests revolve around the management accounting and control aspects of the knowledge-based firm. He was involved in several European projects on Intellectual Capital and continues to work on the link between knowledge management and managerial accounting. This also led him to develop an active interest in so-called Local Information Systems on which he has published with several Swedish colleagues. A citizen of
Hanno Roberts teaches the core courses on Management Accounting and Management Control in the MBA and Executive MBA programmes of BI Norwegian School of Management. He has been awarded "Best MBA Faculty" of BI Norwegian School of Management in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
