At the information session, Dr. Ruipeng DI, Assistant Dean of School of Economics and Management (SEM), Tsinghua University will share with you the distinctive features of the Dual Degree EMBA Programme jointly run by the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University and INSEAD. This will be followed by a lecture by Professor Swee-Huat (S.H.) Lee, Professor of Tsinghua-INSEAD EMBA programme (TIEMBA).
Professor Lee will discuss leadership frameworks based on Confucianism, and how we can draw new insights from the old master's ancient wisdoms in dealing with our challenges on leadership and talent management in the 21st century. He will refer to selected quotations from "The Analects" as examples of how we can find new and practical inspirations from China's own management guru 2500 years ago.
